I cannot decide whether to accept the FR10 delivered by our unnamed Chinese seller. They confirmed our fixture drawing before purchase, but the label suffix and tool-interface bracket differ. Seventeen days later, my prepared tooling is still unfitted and their answer is simply equivalent.
The visible bracket difference worries me more than the suffix. I have sent both photographs against the drawing they acknowledged, and asked them to identify what was supplied.
I'd want their comparison signed off by someone responsible for the technical answer. Mounting geometry, permitted interface arrangement and relevant connections, as applicable. Don't let sales reduce it to whether the bolts look close.
Omar, no fitting date now. The seller has repeated that it will work but provided no comparison. I have asked for a technical contact and kept the tooling unfitted.
Keep the pre-purchase confirmation attached to that request. Otherwise their technical person may answer for a generic FR10 instead of the configuration you actually ordered.
