Thirty-seven days awaiting the seller's comparison. Different suffix and adapter interface delivered; tooling unfitted. What evidence should relate it to our confirmed fixture drawing?
Use the confirmed configuration and fixture revision beside delivered identifiers and interface photographs. Name the visible discrepancy. Ask for the applicable assembly drawings and a comparison against your fixture, not only an equivalent-model statement.
Maya, does the seller identify that longer-looking assembly by its own part reference? The robot suffix may not explain every component around the flange
Include the tooling position and connection clearance in that comparison. A bolt pattern matching would not settle the effect of a different shoulder or stand-off.
Toby, agreed. I would still keep appearance and measurement separate; Maya hasn't established the length difference numerically or a resulting interference
Asked for identified dimensions and fixture-specific comparison. Thanks Owen; my note says visible difference, not proven incompatibility. No technical answer yet.
Keep tooling installation on hold pending that answer and the responsible technical review. A new drawing arriving would need checking against the delivered assembly before it resolves the discrepancy.
