23分Get the tool into the same review. Even an acceptable support arrangement may leave no withdrawal space between cartons. A pattern change can solve one and spoil the other.
18分The packaging drawing marks two bearing strips underneath. The rotated boxes miss support along part of both.
23分I would keep an all-one-direction version beside this drawing, even if it holds fewer cartons, because somebody has to handle the interruptions if the clever pattern keeps arriving damaged.
2分Naomi, fewer cartons isn't automatically easier for dispatch either. It can mean another pallet position. Worth pricing that honestly rather than treating it as the free fallback.

5分Oscar, for the support question take the underside drawing to packaging; for access, ask the tooling designer to show the loaded approach and empty withdrawal. Those are two different people in many shops.
