Put them side by side with the differences marked. Are they using the same carton dimensions and layer pattern? Someone may be answering an older enquiry without realising it.

4分Bring the person who removes incomplete pallets into this. We had a drawing for perfect full layers, and then Friday's short order needed someone to invent the last layer. That person should not have to guess what support is acceptable.

4分Back to tooling. Packaging rejected that spread-out second layer. Dispatch has reviewed the handling space now.
18分Useful decision. Get the alternative quoted against the carton and layer you actually want. Otherwise the next offer can quietly come with another rearranged layer and you start again.
