I found a photo of our old gusseted bracket held in its welding fixture, labelled alignment good. The next inspection sheet rejects the released bracket, and a later sheet passes it after correction. We are preparing an FR5 study and somebody has used the photo as evidence that the fixture already works.
I want the study to show what is actually known. The photo has no measurement or drawing revision attached. Which old checks could establish a useful starting point?
Can quality match the released failure and final pass to the same feature, bracket and drawing revision?
