The Gemini Robotics clips are an interesting starting point for this. I'd love a longer recording showing every attempt at one simple job. My wishlist is the instruction, the initial scene and enough footage after a mistake to see the recovery. What would you add, without turning a watchable demo into a two-hour lecture?

The person just outside the shot. Or at least say what they're doing.

Also distinguish operator intervention from autonomous recovery. Both can be useful; I just want to know which I'm seeing.

I'd still watch the short edited one first. Nothing wrong with making the interesting bit easy to find.
