I ordered a complete FR5 fixture-loading package. Arm received; controller and arm connection cable absent. Sixteen days of separate-shipment replies from the unnamed Chinese seller, with no second reference. Packaging retained. What should their delivery evidence identify for those missing items?
Ask for the package marking containing the controller and the connection cable, plus its carrier or forwarder handover record. Include your received inventory so another arm delivery confirmation cannot answer the missing-package question.
I have the arm-crate marking and receiving photos already. Nothing supplied identifies a second package. I'll attach the missing contents explicitly rather than ask again whether the order shipped.
Does their packing list put the connection cable with the controller, or is that only your expectation? I would ask them to connect both missing contents to actual package identities.
And keep your setup date uncommitted while those references are absent; a promise that things travelled separately isn't an arrival plan for the installer.
Their original list names both items but doesn't group them into a marked package. I've requested that grouping and handover evidence. No installation booking made, and our inventory shows the shortage.
Keep the original packing list beside any revised one. If the seller now names a package, you still need the movement record for it; identifying a proposed box is not confirmation that a carrier collected it.
Who has the package-identity request at their end? Ask for the person checking dispatch records rather than let sales repeat the same separate-shipment sentence.
Please return with that answer when it comes; the useful change will be an identified package and its own status, not another screenshot for the arm already on your floor.
