I overlaid our proposed FR10 layers and found two cartons bridging gaps under their support edges. The interlocked pattern looks reassuring until you hide the top layer. I'd like packaging and tooling to review the same stack before the neat render starts counting as approval.

Mark the carton support areas on both layers and show the tool clearance beside them; I can't judge the carton strength, but those two drawings at least need to stop pretending they describe different pallets.

Packaging has asked for a different second layer. Tooling is checking whether it can place and release that version. We've stopped using the old render in the approval pack; it was doing rather more persuasion than engineering.
