Same joint-review principle, new FR5 component-case pattern to assess

I've already asked how to keep packaging and tooling approvals on one arrangement. This FR5 dispatch proposal has rotated component cases above gaps too. I know filled-case evidence and withdrawal matter; which conditions should the joint findings state before I accept this particular layer, rather than merely collect signatures?

Have packaging identify the filled-case construction, required bearing regions and stack conditions it assessed, and tooling identify the placement stages and complete release space. Both findings should name the same layout revision and retain any exclusions or unresolved positions.

I've added those headings to the review request. No filled-case support judgement has returned for this pattern, and tooling has not completed its withdrawal view. The earlier discussions don't provide approval for these positions.

Include who resolves a conflict if one review changes the spacing. An amended drawing should return to both owners where their assumptions are affected, not inherit the previous signatures automatically.

Keep the operator's partial-pallet work in that scope too. A full-stack drawing can be technically persuasive while leaving the end of an order for somebody else to invent. That isn't a reason to reject the pattern now; it is another condition to settle.
