Puck contact comparison with the old offsets still waiting

I've kept strip-down photos and the removed pads for our FR10 puck transfer, after seeing how much can hide behind an assembled tool. Maintenance is comparing the physical contacts. Which observations should accompany the pickup-version review so the programmer isn't left guessing why each old offset existed?

Can you link each known tool or tray change to its observed effect, including where the puck sat before gripping? Mark unknown reasons as unknown. The review needs the intended restored configuration as well as old offsets; neither oldest nor newest automatically means correct.

We can link the pad replacement to two edits, but not explain the first edit. I've left that gap visible. The current comparison uses an identified puck and records its seat before contact, not only its final angle in the tool.
