I'm rebuilding our support report because we call both removable trays the loading tray. The seller has clips of pauses at different points and keeps asking which tray is involved. Fair question. I want the next shift to send one report they can actually follow.

Use the physical tray identifiers beside the step and message from each pause.
9分Neither tray has an identifier visible in the videos. We've labelled them by station in the report, but one clip could be either after changeover.
