FR5 housing pause with two different tray names

I'm rebuilding our support report because we call both removable trays the loading tray. The seller has clips of pauses at different points and keeps asking which tray is involved. Fair question. I want the next shift to send one report they can actually follow.

Use the physical tray identifiers beside the step and message from each pause.

Neither tray has an identifier visible in the videos. We've labelled them by station in the report, but one clip could be either after changeover.

Leave that clip uncertain. Can maintenance match another occurrence more confidently?

Yes, got a matched report from the outgoing station. Active step and tray photo agree. The message is waiting for tray available, not a gripper alarm as our first email said.

Ask support which ordinary input that wait expects.

Who collects that answer for the next shift, rather than leaving it in your inbox?

Nathan, our shift lead is keeping the ticket in the shared handover now. Jane, support named the outgoing tray confirmation. Maintenance is comparing that input with the actual tray location.

Found a loose target on that station. Repair and the tray-change checks are still pending. Thanks Jane for not letting me guess which old clip belonged where.

Will the repaired target's identity go in that handover too?
