Can't choose a loading fix from that. Measure the blanks as well, and say which end is meant to seat; a drawing of the stop would save some guessing here.

16分We chased something like this on a manual job. Turned out one person was checking against the end of a chamfer and another against the flat face. Before you buy measuring kit, make them show you where they're putting it.

19分Worth checking, but Sofia has a stop face as well as an exposed end. A burr at the back won't announce itself in your front-end measurement.
13分Thank you, Hazel. We had that exact measuring-point muddle on two readings. Correcting it shrank the spread; it didn't remove the odd high sample.
4分Who will deal with that odd sample if the loading proposal goes ahead, especially if an operator has to inspect each blank before it reaches the tray?
9分Have the machinist inspect its seating end and the stop before budgeting an operator to nurse every blank. One odd sample is a reason to look closer, not recruit someone.
21分Both questions matter. I'd leave preparation time undecided until Sofia knows what happened to that sample; guessing zero would be optimistic too.
