Ask for the delivery document tied to the controller crate's own mark, including the destination. A shared tracking status cannot tell you whether two packages were delivered together, even when that was the plan.
11分The forwarder supplied a second receipt. Its postcode is ours, but the building number differs. Our site has several separately numbered units (all under one company name).
