Our FR10 arm arrived, but the controller crate did not. Both show delivered under a shared consignment reference. Can I establish whether the smaller crate followed a different delivery instruction?
Ask for the delivery document tied to the controller crate's own mark, including the destination. A shared tracking status cannot tell you whether two packages were delivered together, even when that was the plan.
The forwarder supplied a second receipt. Its postcode is ours, but the building number differs. Our site has several separately numbered units (all under one company name).
Possibly. We still need the mark matched before calling it found; another department receiving a similar crate does happen, especially where everything arrives through the same courier.
Does the seller's label show the wrong building, or did the forwarder change the address? Check the label photo. That may prevent a repeat delivery to the same place.
Matched and located in that unit's equipment store. The consolidator's label had the wrong building. An internal transfer is arranged; we have not opened the crate yet.
