The bracket gauge appears only after straightening

Only one rejected bracket has an earlier reading. It was kept because the customer queried it.

Our review nearly started from samples of the wrong revision. What drawing belongs to that retained bracket, and is it the one the new fixture is meant to handle?

Ada's gauge question and Jack's revision question can be checked without a new trial. The missing released history may still require current-part observations afterwards.

The retained bracket is revision G, same as our proposal. The gauge has no reference marking. Quality is comparing its contact arrangement with the drawing.

Same revision helps. One queried bracket still cannot supply a correction rate.

Understood. I have kept it as an example, not a percentage. The new observation sheet separates released reading, correction and final reading for each part.

Does someone record the correction work as it happens? Final measurements won't tell the estimator how much active work or waiting sat between the two checks.

And try the sheet with the operator. We found an entry that both people assumed the other would fill in, which would have produced another beautifully empty column.

Operator and inspector have tried the draft together. The operator owns correction entries; inspection records both measurements. Quality has not approved the old gauge, so the current check will use its defined method instead.

The first observation batch is complete. Individual parts stayed identified, including the ones corrected. The estimator is reviewing the work entries with fabrication before changing the allowance.

Did the ordinary batch resemble the retained reject, Maya, or did that example turn out to be unusual?
