Our FR5 sample trial used relieved fingers around the plastic housing's side rib. The delivered set has a flat inner face in that area. Seller calls it equivalent and points to the old trial. I need the actual replacement assessed or the agreed set supplied; tooling remains unfitted
We found a revised finger changed where the part sat even though the gripper body stayed the same. Ask for pickup, holding, placement and release with your sample, after the technical comparison explains the intended contact.
The seller has sent a drawing showing the changed inner face. No explanation yet for the rib contact or the original-set availability. The old trial remains their only handling evidence
SofiaBaker, the intended grip position is absent. Reece, that leaves the receiving-tray comparison unanswered too. I've asked the technical contact to show the held sample rather than just the empty fingers
Keep any proposed sample preparation visible as well. If they suggest turning the housing or presenting it differently, that is work your process must accommodate, not a way to inherit the original trial result.
The technical contact is preparing that comparison. Original fingers can apparently be made again, but there is no supply estimate. Thanks SofiaBrooks; our current presentation remains in the trial request
