Compare the affected sleeve before contact and after gripping, using a checked sleeve alongside it, then inspect the relevant seat and contact faces; the apparent position of the tray base leaves both possibilities open.
16分Both sleeves sit square at the source. One finger contacts earlier because its replacement contact has a different backing thickness. Maintenance has identified the mismatch against the intended assembly drawing.
3分Have the assembly restored by the tooling owner and give controls the finding with the saved pickup changes; the return check needs to include receiving release as well as the newly square pickup.
13分Correct matched contacts fitted and compensation reviewed. Supervised pickup comparison passed with the accepted sleeve range. Receiving release still needs its check. The replacement instruction now identifies the backing pieces separately.
