Ask their order contact to confirm the additional cable against the accepted spare-kit contents and give its actual availability and separate supply arrangement, rather than assuming next shipment refers to a parcel already being prepared.

They acknowledge the extra cable but haven't confirmed stock. No parcel exists to follow yet.
