Our UR5e's fitted cable is here. Extra spare isn't. Seller says next shipment. Which shipment?
4 replies Ask their order contact to confirm the additional cable against the accepted spare-kit contents and give its actual availability and separate supply arrangement, rather than assuming next shipment refers to a parcel already being prepared.
They acknowledge the extra cable but haven't confirmed stock. No parcel exists to follow yet.
Has the stock answer arrived, Yasmin, or are they still describing a dispatch plan without a cable behind it?
Still no stock answer. Asked them to answer availability before another shipping promise.
