I priced the UR5e and gripper for unloading our moulded mounting blocks, then described fixture work as a small extra; my colleague has asked what small means in hours, and I do not have an honest answer yet.

Who actually removes the block now, and what do they do between unloads?
13分Our assembler unloads it between inspection and packing, so the saved seconds would be scattered through work she already does.
5分Observe that whole sequence before buying a trial. Time spent waiting, preparing and clearing the fixture belongs in the comparison. Ask the assembler which task she could actually stop doing if unloading were automated.
