The second layer turns our carton support sideways

Packaging marked the insert contact strips. One strip crosses two gaps in the rotated position. They're considering a different first layer instead of adding a sheet.

Changing the first layer also changes what supports the layer above it, so review the stack rather than only that one offending carton.

We've got two stack options back now. The better-supported one has less room for our proposed fingers to withdraw. Is that a tooling review next or another packaging review?

Both, together. Give tooling the marked support strips and give packaging the withdrawal space; otherwise each can repair their drawing by breaking the other person's.
