I have kept the UR5e offset versions and pad-change date. The current sleeve tilts during closing, but the first complaint predates the pads. I want both periods investigated without another global pickup shift.
Give maintenance an identified current sleeve, the fitted assembly and any traceable removed pads, alongside that history. Ask them to establish the current contact problem first without claiming it explains the earlier complaint. Can the video show whether the sleeve was level before closing?
That is a useful comparison to hand over. Include the specified backing and finger arrangement, not just the pad part numbers. The maintenance finding should then inform the program review; restoring an old offset by date alone could reintroduce a different problem.
