Read the shift notes and saved application log first. What step was it waiting in?
8分Waiting fixture open. Operator's note agrees. We don't have the fixture input state saved, just the step name and the video of the housing still in place.
2分Ask support which condition ends that wait and how to capture it. No point filming another stationary arm from a prettier angle.
8分They sent the condition list and an existing diagnostic view to record. Maintenance has the instructions. It includes the state update time, which our old log didn't show.

7分Named technicians on both shifts. I put the instructions with the incident instead of leaving them in my email. Now waiting for a capture that actually answers the question.
