Packaging has withdrawn the old approval for this arrangement. The carton construction is correctly identified; the lower support layout used in the review was wrong.

Which layer was the tool exit checked against? A corrected support drawing will not help if tooling continues to use the other lower layer.

Does dispatch need this first layer, or can its pattern change?

Carla, tooling used the same incorrect repeat layer. Toby, dispatch can consider a changed first layer, but packaging must assess its support on our actual pallet as well as what it supports above.

Who is combining those decisions into one revised drawing?

Keep both original drawings marked rejected. Otherwise the familiar one finds its way back into the quote.

Integrator owns the combined revision, with packaging, tooling and dispatch contributing their parts. They are comparing a revised first layer and a wholly unturned stack, including ordinary partial orders.

Have either candidate's actual finger exits been returned yet?

Not yet. Packaging accepts the support in the unturned candidate, but its tool exit and dispatch comparison remain open. I have not treated that support decision as approval of the whole stack-building job.

Include the first placement and each subsequent stage in that return. A completed stack drawing cannot show whether a tool is trapped partway through building it.
