Ask for separate supply against the original order, with the exact spare reference and stock status; otherwise next shipment can remain a place that only exists in their replies.

Separate supply requested. They have confirmed the cable reference but not availability, so maintenance still sees an outstanding spare rather than a parcel expected to arrive.
