I wrote it. It revisits, but the displayed pocket number sometimes already shows the next position.

Fix that ambiguity before teaching around it. Then use examples for a confirmed empty pocket, a held part and an uncertain part location. The operator needs to know when the procedure applies and when to stop for help.

During training, once I said we were checking the instructions rather than testing them. Before that they kept looking at me for the correct answer.

The screen now distinguishes current pocket from next pocket. We are checking interrupted cases before revising the instructions.

A shift lead should attend too. Otherwise the operator learns to escalate an uncertain case and the person answering the call has missed the same training.
