We ordered six tooling kits for a separate UR5e bench, each with a pair of locating blocks and an adapter. The seller's final message lists those contents. Our sealed box contains six blocks and six adapters. They've replied that six means six pieces, without explaining why the adapters somehow escaped that arithmetic.
Why are loose locating blocks being counted as complete kits now?

Show the pair requirement beside the count. Ask for the six missing blocks, not six replacement kits, or the next reply may argue about the wrong quantity.
13分That's the request I sent. I included the packing photo and the final contents message. Their answer still quotes the invoice quantity without the word kit beside it.
