Use the spare's own order line and show zero received. Include the fitted adapter separately if they keep counting that one as the extra.
11分They did exactly that. Sent a photo of the fitted adapter. I've put both order lines beside the photo and marked which one it shows.

4分Yes. Empty bin label says outstanding, no arrival date. We haven't promised anyone that a damaged adapter can be swapped from stock.
8分Does their acknowledgement name the adapter revision? The installed one may be correct while an unspecified spare comes from a different stock revision. I would settle that before dispatch.

19分Seller confirmed revision B, matching our order, and sent its packing photo. No carrier handover yet. I'll count it when we receive and check it, not when the box poses for a picture.
