Use the spare's own order line and show zero received. Include the fitted adapter separately if they keep counting that one as the extra.

8 pointsDoes their acknowledgement name the adapter revision? The installed one may be correct while an unspecified spare comes from a different stock revision. I would settle that before dispatch.
