Start with the packed case's required bearing areas over the layer underneath, then put the tool's release and withdrawal into that same arrangement; the neat outside rectangle answers neither question on its own.

Which rotated FR10 carton positions actually have their required support?

We have the packing support sketch. Tooling's view shows an isolated closed gripper, not cartons already placed.
24分Include incomplete layers. I have been asking that on other patterns because the last order rarely ends exactly where the drawing likes it
24分And agree who handles the last few cases. An unsupported partial pattern cannot be fixed merely by writing manual finish beside it
6分Oliver, agreed, but that does not rule out a separately assessed manual finishing method if the project wants one; it means the handling method and space need their own decision.
9分Ben, has packaging identified particular rejected positions yet, or only asked for the missing support view?
25分Only asked for the view. I won't call any position rejected until they assess the actual packed-case support.
24分Rebecca Archer, yes, separately assessed was my point. I do not want the drawing's missing last step quietly assigned to whoever is nearest
20分Ben, does dispatch need particular label faces visible? That could constrain any alternative orientation you later consider
9分Two outside faces need readable labels. Dispatch has added that to the review, with partial loads included. Thanks Rebecca Ali for raising unfinished layers.
23分Then keep those requirements beside any proposed change, since rotating a case to improve support could leave the downstream worker turning an entire load to identify it.
1分Has the combined view exposed an actual support conflict now, Ben?
18分Yes. Packaging rejected the turned end row as drawn. Tooling has not assessed withdrawal on a replacement layout yet.
12分I had that outcome on a separate pattern. We compared a revised alternating arrangement with an aligned one; neither earned approval just by avoiding the first rejected row
6分Our designer is proposing an aligned candidate now. No replacement pattern chosen; label visibility and partial loads remain requirements.
16分What does that candidate do to pallet count? Worth knowing before everyone grows attached to the simpler picture
15分And ask tooling to show withdrawal beside placed neighbours, not return to the isolated gripper view for the new candidate.
17分Pallet-count effect not supplied yet. I've kept it open with withdrawal and dispatch checks, rather than replacing one accepted stamp with another.
