I'm checking the delivery paperwork for our UR5e tray-loading bench. The installed pendant cable is here, but the spare cable and small service kit listed in the quote are missing.
The seller says they will go with another shipment. We have no other order due. I have the quote and our unpacking checklist. What should purchasing ask for to get this out of an endless email loop?

We had a spare kept on a future shipment forever. Ask for a dated dispatch commitment.
