Our UR5e vision proposal contains two images of the same brushed stainless trim plate. The bright line moves after reseating, but both files carry the same scratch label. I have asked quality to examine the retained plate. What should accompany that judgement so the image comparison remains useful?
Keep the full images and the seating details. A close crop of the line can lose the orientation difference that explains why the two views look different.
Sarah, that matters for teaching examples too. We need to distinguish the physical judgement made now from whatever somebody assumed when they named the old file.
Quality has accepted the plate in its present condition. The old scratch labels are withdrawn. We will capture it again under the agreed viewing conditions and keep the earlier images as presentation examples.
The inspection technician will own it, with the sample identities, judgement and capture conditions together. I am also adding a rejected plate once quality selects one.
