Ask for the collector's handover record tied to the package marks and contents, including that cable. A label screenshot is the thing you already have, and it has not told you who holds the package.
16分The seller says their local agent collected it. They have sent an agent name but no receipt or package mark. I have asked them to obtain the collection record.
4分And the actual destination of that collection. If the agent moved it to consolidation, the final carrier's unchanged page may say nothing about that leg.
