Ask for the collector's handover record tied to the package marks and contents, including that cable. A label screenshot is the thing you already have, and it has not told you who holds the package.
16 pointsThe seller says their local agent collected it. They have sent an agent name but no receipt or package mark. I have asked them to obtain the collection record.
4 pointsAnd the actual destination of that collection. If the agent moved it to consolidation, the final carrier's unchanged page may say nothing about that leg.
23 pointsDoes the agent use a different reference? Ask for that reference linked to your crate mark. Otherwise receiving may later have another number with no link to the order.
