Why is the FR5 exchange tool absent from the access sketch?

I have a reach sketch for polymer-blank exchange beside an enclosed mill. No gripper body, no open door. Apparently the point can get there. Who is meant to assemble the real access picture before I choose an FR5 and inherit the handover?

Ask the integrator to own the combined layout, with tool and machine suppliers providing their geometry.

Integrator has accepted that job. The tool supplier sent the fingers but omitted the adapter and hose connections. I've returned it as incomplete. No value in a very accurate picture of half the tool.

Did the machine survey include the door at its actual open position?

Yes. Complete tool is now in the surveyed layout too. The original base position leaves the setter's fixture trolley without its approach route, even before we settle the robot path. We're comparing positions with the setter present.

Keep that observed trolley conflict in the decision record. It is stronger than a guessed robot clearance.
