Seller finally sent a clip with our housing samples in view. It shows pickup, then cuts to them already sitting in the receiving tray. The agreed demonstration includes placement and release, and I still cannot identify the supplied finger set from the distant view.
I don't need a film production. I need the two bits that would tell me whether this is the setup we ordered.

Ask for those specific missing views with the accepted demonstration list attached. Tool identity, placement and release. Don't give them a vague request for a better video.
