Ask for those specific missing views with the accepted demonstration list attached. Tool identity, placement and release. Don't give them a vague request for a better video.
What happens immediately before the cut? Does the held housing approach the tray, or does the clip stop earlier? That would help you describe the missing sequence precisely.

Include the samples through the completed sequence so the final tray view remains linked to what was actually picked, rather than an unrelated finished arrangement.
Would a short continuous recording be easier for them than editing another presentation? I've found people sometimes remove pauses because they think they're doing you a favour.
They say the operator helped align the tray during the omitted section. That assistance wasn't in the agreed handling description. I have asked for it to be shown and explained.
That is the useful part. Ask whether aligning the tray is ordinary preparation before every run or help needed during placement. Those are different amounts of work to inherit.
