Our FR10 and mounting kit are somewhere between a seller's handover message and a freight agent's awaiting receipt message. Different references on each. The seller sent a loading photo, but the crate label faces away from the camera. Difficult to plan housing-tray work around a picture of some wood.
Can the seller provide the actual handover receipt with the crate marks and receiving party? Their loading picture might help later, but first you need something the agent can match to the reference it is searching.
Ask the haulier or the seller's booking contact for the delivery destination and receiving record linked to that collection. At the moment you have evidence for an earlier leg, with the next handover still missing.
The seller says the haulier delivered to a consolidation yard. No signed receipt supplied. I have asked for the yard name and the crate marks on its intake.
Louis's crate-mark search may get you past the reference mismatch. Is anyone coordinating the seller, haulier and agent, or are you carrying each answer from one inbox to the next?
I was carrying the answers. Seller's freight coordinator has now taken the trace and shared the crate marks with both firms. No receiving record yet. Our internal schedule still has no arrival date.
