Get the receipt unit clarified. I have seen a pallet count mistaken for the number of crates; it explains a total, not the missing item.

5分Receipt is one pallet, not one crate. Forwarder says the delivered status refers to its local agent receiving the consolidation. Asked agent for the crate-level intake and onward record.
