Delivered to whom, and which FR5 crate?

Arm crate received beside our assembly cell; mounting-hardware crate missing from the consolidated FR5 freight. Its identifier exists, but the receipt counts are muddy and the carrier says delivered. Forty-six days asking where that specific crate went.

Get the receipt unit clarified. I have seen a pallet count mistaken for the number of crates; it explains a total, not the missing item.

Ask for the delivery evidence carrying the missing crate mark too. A signature against a consolidated reference may concern a different handover from the one to your workshop.

Receipt is one pallet, not one crate. Forwarder says the delivered status refers to its local agent receiving the consolidation. Asked agent for the crate-level intake and onward record.

Does your workshop receipt list the mounting kit as expected but absent? Keep that visible while the agent searches.

Yes. Agent found an intake photo with both crate marks. Only the arm appears on its onward sheet. They are checking the remaining warehouse stock against the kit mark.

That narrows the documented gap. It does not yet prove the kit is still at that warehouse; wait for identification before arranging collection around an assumption.

Warehouse has now sent current photos of the kit crate and its mark. It was retained under the consolidation reference. Agent is arranging delivery; I have not received it.

Give stores both references and the expected kit contents before it turns up. Locating the crate is not the contents check.

Crate arrived. Stores opened it under our receipt process and reconciled the mounting hardware against the kit list. Nothing short or visibly damaged recorded. Freight trace closed; installation is separate.

Who corrected the agent's onward list? Worth having that attached to the receipt so the next query doesn't start with delivered again.
