Ask about the extra cable by its own order line. Sounds like someone keeps answering the easier question of whether the robot arrived.

Unknown; I have asked whether it is in stock, rather than when their next shipment leaves.

Worth pricing, but include delivery and any needed compatibility check before you accept a number. A credit that leaves you unable to buy the spare isn't much of a finish.
