What does the waiting message actually say, Rick? A fitted-looking tray could still be missing whatever confirmation the application expects.

We had nearly identical trays with different inserts. Rick, can your maintainer identify the fitted tray and insert from the normal changeover records? The video may not be the best source

One of our waiting faults followed a replacement carrier. I would check whether this started after a changeover, but I cannot tell from that message alone.

Rick, keep the old tray available for comparison. We found a concealed difference only when tooling put both insert assemblies beside each other
6分Tooling compared them. New insert is a different revision. Its confirmation tab is in a different place. Seller has the photos and assembly references now

That gives them something useful to answer. Has the package author confirmed which revision the installed job expects?
