What does the waiting message actually say, Rick? A fitted-looking tray could still be missing whatever confirmation the application expects.

Receiver not ready. No source input named
17分Ask them which condition supplies receiver ready in the installed job, not what that phrase usually means.
18分Does the clip show the tray identity?
19分No. Front wall hides it
15分We had nearly identical trays with different inserts. Rick, can your maintainer identify the fitted tray and insert from the normal changeover records? The video may not be the best source
12分One of our waiting faults followed a replacement carrier. I would check whether this started after a changeover, but I cannot tell from that message alone.
21分Started after replacement tray arrived. Changeover sheet names it. Insert line left blank
24分There is your first missing fact, before anyone sells you a sensor.
22分Jamie, the blank line is worth checking, but it does not tell us the insert is wrong.
21分Agreed. Missing fact, not diagnosed fault.
23分Rick, keep the old tray available for comparison. We found a concealed difference only when tooling put both insert assemblies beside each other
6分Tooling compared them. New insert is a different revision. Its confirmation tab is in a different place. Seller has the photos and assembly references now
14分That gives them something useful to answer. Has the package author confirmed which revision the installed job expects?
16分Author confirmed the earlier insert arrangement. Replacement supplier is checking why the later one was sent. Tray stays out for now
