We had nearly identical trays with different inserts. Rick, can your maintainer identify the fitted tray and insert from the normal changeover records? The video may not be the best source

One of our waiting faults followed a replacement carrier. I would check whether this started after a changeover, but I cannot tell from that message alone.

Rick, keep the old tray available for comparison. We found a concealed difference only when tooling put both insert assemblies beside each other

Tooling compared them. New insert is a different revision. Its confirmation tab is in a different place. Seller has the photos and assembly references now

Author confirmed the earlier insert arrangement. Replacement supplier is checking why the later one was sent. Tray stays out for now
