The same bright-finished faceplate has three different scratch arrows in our proposed FR5 reference folder. Each picture was taken after reseating it. I can see the bright line move, but I can't find a physical inspection decision attached to any of those arrows. Before anyone tunes a threshold, I want quality and the person loading the holder looking at the same actual piece.
Could the regular loader show how they place it in the holder? I've seen a tutor make an awkward sample look consistent by giving it a little extra nudge every time. Perfectly obvious to them, invisible to everyone following the printed exercise.
Quality found no scratch at the shifting line on this accepted sample. They have identified a separate faint scuff reject for the comparison. Hana, the loader and holder designer are reviewing the seating together; no new threshold trial yet.
