We're considering an FR10 for polymer-blank exchange, but the supplied layout draws the fixture and arm while leaving out the gripper body and the door parked beside it; I'd like to check the actual route before we find ourselves buying a base position nobody can service.

Get the loaded gripper into that model first; the missing body can occupy the very space their reach line sails through.

Tool designer sent the envelope, and the valve block is bigger than I'd pictured; I've passed that on with measured door positions.

Don't forget the part on the way out.

Added the held blank and its planned orientation. The supplier wants to move the base towards the machine's service side now, so maintenance is joining the review.

Good time to have them there.

Can the coolant and service panels still be opened in that position, with room for the person doing the work?

One panel cannot, according to maintenance's measurements; that base option is off the list.

How many revisions does the supplier's quoted layout review include? This could otherwise become a paid tour of unsuitable corners.

They're still working within the agreed review scope, thanks; I've asked them to show the remaining options together rather than send one optimistic view at a time.

We have one candidate position that leaves service access and a proposed loaded-tool route. Final clearance check is pending. Nobody has ordered the pedestal yet.

When they check it, use the tool revision you will actually receive. Those valve blocks have a habit of growing between concept and build.
