19分The rear flat face. The opposite end has the chamfer which caused the mixed measurements. The drawing locates the finished feature from the rear face.

10分It did. Five blanks, some repeated, and the rows don't say which. I can't rescue that chart. We have asked inspection to set up a fresh comparison with named samples and one measurement method.
7分I have seen a class argue about machine repeatability while one student measured a burr and the next avoided it. Agree how to assess the end face as well as where the instrument goes. And do not make the new sheet so elaborate that nobody finishes it.
