Who labelled the images, and did they have the actual covers beside them?
16分Our project engineer labelled screenshots. Quality inspected the covers separately. I've matched the serial labels now and the screenshot rejects include two covers quality accepted, not just the one I started with.
6分Ask quality to mark the real defect locations on a separate reference image. Otherwise the next handover inherits a folder of confident guesses.

21分Quality has taken the set and added handling notes. Fiona, the comparison found a view where the small scratch is visible without that travelling line, but we still need to check it across the other finishes. At least we're arguing over the right marks now.
