Who labelled the images, and did they have the actual covers beside them?
16 pointsOur project engineer labelled screenshots. Quality inspected the covers separately. I've matched the serial labels now and the screenshot rejects include two covers quality accepted, not just the one I started with.
6 pointsAsk quality to mark the real defect locations on a separate reference image. Otherwise the next handover inherits a folder of confident guesses.
