Our FR5 arrived with the installed tool cable but without the spare listed in the package. The seller says it will follow with their next shipment. I have asked purchasing to keep that item open, though I would like to give them a clearer question than another request for an update.
The extra tool cable was left out of the kit

Ask which shipment, carrying which item identifier, and when they expect to dispatch it. 'Next' is doing all the work in their answer.

Fine. Leave it outstanding until there is something to receive. A packing department is not your stores shelf.
